More than just a route to ‘speak up’, we know organisations and employees alike want solutions and support to respond to harm within their organisation.


 

PRIVATE

Our services are confidential.

  • The information you give Restorative Services will be used to respond to your request and provide you with appropriate guidance. Your personally identifiable information, such as your name and contact details and the nature of your issue, is confidential.

    The service provider you discuss your concerns with will maintain confidentiality of your personal information and concerns unless they have your informed consent to do otherwise. The only exception to this is if they consider there is a serious risk of physical harm or health and safety in which case they may take appropriate steps.

    Restorative Services may report and make recommendations to your organisation on issues or themes arising from the service, but this will always be done in a way that maintains confidentiality, unless you request otherwise.

INDEPENDENT

We provide a listening ear, and when appropriate, independent, impartial advice.

  • We won’t notify your organisation of an issue unless you ask us to. You’re in the driver’s seat for any steps you may choose.

RESOLUTION

We provide guidance and coaching to help staff manage workplace issues. With the permission of all people involved, we can also provide an informal resolution service involving facilitated discussions or restorative processes.

  • Facilitation and restorative processes are offered through voluntary participation. Your facilitator can walk you through any additional requirements and expectations.
